Survey
We look over the move properly — in person or by video walk-round for larger homes — so the written quote reflects the real job, not a guess.
Plan
We agree the date, the crew and the kit, sort access and parking at both ends, and set out exactly what is included. For Europe, we prepare the customs paperwork.
Move
On the day the crew arrives when we said, protects the property, wraps and loads with care, and moves you — attentive to the fragile and the valuable throughout.
Settle
We place the furniture, rebuild what we dismantled, and unpack if you have asked us to — so you can start living in the new place, not living out of boxes.
